ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
At Salon Lôr, our Associate Program provides a hands-on, immersive experience to build confidence in technical skills, guest care, and business growth. Associates work closely with a dedicated service provider, receiving real-time mentorship and learning through collaboration. It’s one of the ways we help beauty school graduates build meaningful careers in the salon industry.
This program uses a performance-based level system to create a clear path for career development. Our aim is for every associate to graduate feeling confident, empowered, and ready to step seamlessly into life behind the chair.

APPRENTICE PROGRAM
Not licensed yet? Our Apprenticeship Program offers an excellent alternative to traditional cosmetology school. Unlike the Associate Program, which is tailored for newly licensed stylists, our apprenticeship lets you earn your license while gaining valuable salon experience. You'll work closely with our team, learning hands-on every step of the way.
